This class incorporates the latest in smoking cessation therapies.

Tri-City Medical Center's Smoking Cessation program is highly structured with daily instructions and intensive support during your first week as a non-smoker. Learn important skills needed to change behavior. Sessions will include information on coping with urges, winning strategies, stress management, exercise, relapse prevention and more. You will also receive support from others, who are also determined to quit.

The program is funded by the Tri-City Hospital Foundation.
