A 'Gold-Medal' Day

We were proud to once again serve as title sponsor for the 2011 Tri-City Medical Center Carlsbad Marathon & Half Marathon. This prestigious race attracted professional runners from around the globe, as well as plenty of dedicated amateurs. It was a warm, sunny day as 10,000 runners hit the streets in Carlsbad.

Lucky 14 Contest

Training for a half marathon starts months before race day. We offered a contest for runners to be part of our "Lucky 14" and win a chance to train with race organizer In Motion's Fit Program.

This 26-week training program started July 24 and helped runners get into the best shape of their lives, whether their goal was to complete their first half marathon, set a personal best, or break the tape on the finish line.
