Traveling west on Highway 78
From Riverside County, Interstate 15 and Escondido:
Exit at Emerald Drive, turn right on Emerald, immediately turn left on Vista Way, travel approximately one mile. Hospital is located at intersection of Vista Way and Thunder Drive.
Traveling east on Highway 78
From coastal San Diego, Interstate 5 and Orange County:
Exit at College Blvd, turn left on College, cross under freeway and move to extreme right, turning right onto Vista Way. Travel approximately one half mile to hospital.
By Public Transportation
North County Transit Distirct has several bus stops adjacent to our campus. We are served by the 302, 319, and 325 bus lines.
By Patient Transport Express
Patient Transport Express is a service provided free of charge to patients who need NON-EMERGENCY medical transportation from home to services provided at Tri-City Medical Center.
Call for this service when you need help getting to the hospital and back again for a specific appointment, such as the following:
If the patient is a child or is someone requiring a caregiver, it is requested that the caregiver accompany the patient. A car seat will be provided for children under 40 pounds.
Qualified Drivers
All drivers hold a Class B license and our vans are inspected regularly by the CHP. We conform to all vehicle requirements for maintenance.
