Ana Lourdes Encinias, Bilingual Case Manager/Community Outreach Worker,
is responsible for the documentation of clients, client scheduling, logistical support, and community presentations. She acts as a liaison between clients and health agencies, community-based organizations, and local school districts.
Ana graduated from San Carlos University in Guatamala with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Archaelogy, and also earned a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Inter-American College in San Diego.
Rebecca Montez, MSW,
is the Clinical Case Manager and works with clients and their families providing interpretation, treatment recommendation follow-through, and continued education about their child's diagnosis. She also facilitates advocacy groups for parents, social skills groups in local elementary schools, and individual and family therapy.
Rebecca graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and received her Master of Social Work at San Diego State University.
Robert Rivas, Operations Manager,
is responsible for management oversight of the Child Study Center. Working closely with all staff members, Robert facilitates and monitors the annual departmental operations plan. Critical performance factors that are monitored on a monthly basis include: client satisfaction, outreach and client scheduling, department growth, community activities, and the department budget.
Robert graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and received his Master of Arts in Mexican-American Studies from San Jose State University.
Alice R. Wiedenhoff, PhD,
specializes in the differential diagnosis of children/adolescents with developmental and behavioral disorders including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Asperger's Disorder, Tourette's Disorder, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, and other conditions.
Dr. Wiedenhoff graduated from Texas Women's University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Science in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing, Master of Arts in Psychology, and Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology; and a Post-Doctoral Master of Science in Clinical Psychopharmacology from the California School of Professional Psychology. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and the California Psychological Association.
Robin Wonenberg, Office Manager,
is the lead contact for clients calling the Child Study Center. She assists clients in scheduling appointments and works with parents and school personnel to ensure critical information is received by the Center. Robin also coordinates and maintains all office systems and procedures, and is responsible for managing confidential client demographic information.
